You are responsible for securing and locking your container. • Storage units must be placed on a stable and accessible surface for safe pickup and drop-off. • Delivery times may vary based on availability, weather, and logistics.

2.2 Rental Agreement & Payment • Rental fees are due in accordance with your service agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees. • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the rental, including delivery, pickup, and storage fees. • Any unauthorized modifications, damages, or misuse of MI-BOX units may result in additional charges.

2.3 Prohibited Items

You may not store or transport hazardous, illegal, perishable, or prohibited items, including but not limited to: • Flammable liquids and gases • Explosives or firearms • Perishable goods (unless properly refrigerated) • Hazardous waste or chemicals • Illegal substances

MI-BOX First Coast reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or remove storage units that contain prohibited materials.

Cancellation & Refund Policy • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund (excluding non-refundable deposits). • Refunds are not issued for partially used rental periods. • If a container is returned in a damaged condition, repair or cleaning fees may apply.

Liability & Insurance • MI-BOX First Coast is not responsible for damage to stored items due to improper packing, weather conditions, or other external factors. • Customers may obtain their own insurance coverage for stored belongings. • We are not liable for any losses resulting from delays, service interruptions, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
