I had a little over a two week gap between moves and MI-Box made it possible for me to just pack up my things on site then have it delivered to my new residence when it was available! The pricing was fair and Brad made it easy to schedule pick ups and drop offs. Dave was fantastic when he delivered/picked up/redelivered my storage box! He worked quickly but made sure the box was leveled and properly opened and closed. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

I highly recommend Mi-Box of Jacksonville. I had not heard of the company but I read reviews, which spoke highly of their service so I decided to give them a try. My experience with another well-known company was a frustrating runaround so I wasn’t interested in speaking to any representatives by phone. Brad contacted me by email to go over the initial details. He was so pleasant and helpful, actually waiting three months to finalize the delivery as I was not sure of the date the box would be needed. On the day of delivery the driver contacted me as promised to let me know when he would arrive. He was so friendly and accommodating, and made sure I was happy with the placement of the box before leaving. I know this is a lengthy review but my experience with this company has been great!

Our unit is just the right size to store our belongings while we work on our home. I’ll check back in after we have the unit removed. I expect good things, because so far it’s been easy.

I used MI-BOX recently for a move and rented 6 -16 foot boxes. When I called them for a quote, they quickly gave me one and I found them to be very competitive. Some of the other box renters never even returned my call. When my move was delayed, Brad was very flexible in pick up and redelivery dates and easily accommodated the changes (and there were many) to the box deliveries. They always let me know a time when a box was to be delivered and they were delivered on time. The drivers were were friendly and courteous too! Just a note, the boxes come with removeable rings for easy securing of ropes/ties. I used other box companies before and they did not have this feature which made securing the load more difficult. I highly recommend this company.
